Frank Acheampong delivered a decisive display as Dalian Yingbo edged Wuhan Three Towns 3â€“2, with the Ghanaian winger recording an assist and completing a match-high three dribbles to spearhead the home side’s comeback.

Wuhan struck early when Kilian Bevis finished low into the corner on two minutes, and Jhonder Cadiz added a stoppage-time penalty to send the visitors into the break 2â€“1 up. Dalian had already responded once through Nicolae Stanciu, who levelled in the 44th minute after Acheampong drove in from the left and picked him out centrally for a composed finish.
